Andrea is my 5th Yoga Teacher over 12 years. I can honestly say that she offers MORE for mind and body than any of the others.

As a result of my 3x/week Seniors classes with Andrea and Jess, I have great stamina and have noticed positive changes in my body.
Last year, I had injured my knee which caused low back pain. I am now pain-free after 1 month of classes!
My posture has definitely improved.
I see subtle changes in my body shape and I now have the ability to 'turn off' during relaxation.

As an overweight, and out of shape, 50-year old diabetic, I was nervous about starting an exercise program.
Andrea's classes were the perfect way to ease into getting active.
In the last 4 months, I've lost over 5 lbs and the best thing is that I have so much more energy, and I hope to finally make some changes to my diet soon too.
My A1C went from 8.6 in January 2020 to 7.0 January 2021. My blood sugar is much easier to control.
