Thai Yoga Stretching
Often called Lazy Man's Yoga, it is a series of passive stretches and shiatsu-style massage techniques which help to relieve stress, stiffness and restore joint function.
It can reduce and even eliminate backpain. It is done on a special Thai Yoga mat, which I bring with me.
Depending on your needs, I integrate Hot Stone Therapy and/or Indian Head Massage, both in which I have been professionally trainied.
During your session, I coach you to breathe better and include positive viusalization.
